In order to be able to invest the financial resources in the projects, the administrative area at InnoMedica has always been staffed at a bare minimum. The finance department is headed by Dr. Martin Stähle, and is responsible for accounting and controlling, as well as ensuring smooth handling of the supply chain and entire logistics process. Urs Bretscher operates together with his team an extremely lean IT infrastructure for the 51 employees who now work in Bern, Marly and Zurich. Finally, we have Andrea Zurkirchen who is together with her team responsible for HR, communication and office management.
